Born and raised in the heart of South Auckland, I have dedicated my life to the world of Kapa Haka, Mau Rākau, Toi Māori and Rangatahi Māori. These artforms have shaped my identity, my values, and the way I move through te ao Māori.
Recently returning home to the Bay of Plenty, I’ve stepped fully into my passion for taonga Māori. Although I am still new to the tools and techniques of the craft, this journey has deepened my appreciation for the richness of our mātauranga and the many layers that come with being Māori.
Every piece I create is an extension of my whakapapa, my learning, and my commitment to honouring our traditions while continuing to grow as an artist within te ao Māori.
